Returns and Exchange Policy


Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you wish to exchange or return an item, please write us a note and let us know why you would like to return or exchange the item(s). Include this note in the package when you return the item(s).

Custom made items, lingerie, vinyl, leather, fetish products, hosiery, dancewear, erotic products, and intimate accessories: We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of these items due to health code regulations.

Halloween costumes and accessories: Halloween costumes and accessories may be returned for exchange only. No refunds will be issued for purchases of Halloween costumes and accessories. Exchanges will be accepted on Halloween costumes and accessories with purchase dates through October 23rd, 2009. For any purchases of Halloween costumes and accessories after this date, we will not accept returns or exchanges.

Sale items: All purchases are final. No returns or exchanges.


Exchanges

In order for our prices to continue to stay as low and competitive as they are today, please remit $6.00 for US exchanges, $7.00 for Canada exchanges, and $16 for International exchanges. All exchange requests must be received within 20 calendar days from the date your order was shipped.

Returns

All Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns must be returned within 20 calendar days from the date you receive your order for a refund to be granted. Your refund will be made within 30 calendar days from the date we receive your return. Shipping charges are not refundable.

We reserve the right to use our discretion in granting returns and exchanges. This is based on how the product appears upon return to us.

Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted for any reason later than 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be returned or exchanged.
